Project: Fuel Their Fire is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting volunteer fire departments with the gear, equipment, and resources they need to stay operational and safe. Across the country, thousands of volunteer firefighters serve their communities with limited funding and outdated tools, we’re here to change that.
We collect donated equipment, coordinate supply drives, and work directly with departments to identify their most urgent needs. Every piece of gear we deliver helps keep a firefighter protected and a community better prepared.

Co Founder
Mason Lillard
Mason is a career firefighter with a background in wrestling and a passion for continual growth in the fire service. Alongside his firefighting career, he also serves as a wrestling referee, staying connected to the sport that shaped his discipline and drive.
Driven, disciplined, and focused on constant improvement, Mason brings the same dedication to the firehall that he’s carried throughout his athletic and professional journey.

Jayme Kearns
Jayme’s career goal is to become a labor and delivery nurse, with plans to earn her paramedic certification to support her future enrollment at Dallas Bay
Her drive to help others whether through emergency response or patient care, reflects the same dedication she brings to every call and every challenge.
When Jayme isn’t at the firehall, you’ll usually find her swimming, running, or spending time outdoors. She also babysits in her free time and enjoys being involved in her community.
